DRIVERS WELFARE MASS TRANSIT MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED

Drivers Welfare Mass Transit Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited is a duly registered cooperative society established under the provisions of the Akwa Ibom State Cooperative Societies Law.

The Society activities is supervised by Directorate, Bureau of Rural Development and Cooperatives Akwa Ibom State and governed by a Board of Ten (10) Trustees and operates through a democratic cooperative framework in accordance with applicable cooperative laws and regulations.

The Society was formally registered on 18 November 2018 under Cooperative Registration AK 23474 together with its Government-approved Bye-Laws.

The Society presently has a membership strength of over Eight Hundred (800) duly registered members across Akwa Ibom State.

The Society has established partnerships with reputable healthcare providers including Proton Medicare to facilitate access to health insurance and healthcare services for members and their families.
